Welcome to Guestflow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Guestflow” refers to the company providing BnB optimization services, including website creation, booking optimization, and marketing strategies.
  • “User” refers to any individual or business using our website and services.
  • “Client” refers to any user who purchases services from Guestflow.
  • “Services” refers to all products and services offered by Guestflow, including website development, booking optimization, referral programs, and consulting.

2. Scope of Services

Guestflow provides services to assist BnB owners in optimizing their business. This includes:
✔️ Website Development – Custom websites tailored for BnB owners.
✔️ Booking Optimization – Strategies to improve Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platform rankings.
✔️ Marketing Services – SEO, social media promotion, and brand positioning.
✔️ Referral Program – Clients can earn rewards by referring new users to our services.

We do not guarantee a specific amount of bookings or revenue increase, as results depend on external factors beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Guestflow’s services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Not engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

If we detect abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms, Guestflow reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Pricing: All prices for services are clearly stated before purchase.

Payments: Full payment must be made before the start of any service.

Subscriptions & Cancellations:

  • All subscription-based services have a minimum cancellation notice period of 1 month.
  • Subscriptions must be canceled in writing via email.
  • Failure to cancel at least one month in advance will result in the subscription automatically renewing for the next month.

Failed Payments:

  • If two consecutive monthly payments fail, the client’s account will be suspended and the associated website will be taken offline automatically.
  • Guestflow is not responsible for any damages, missed bookings, or loss of income resulting from website downtime due to payment issues.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their payment method is valid and up-to-date.

Refunds:

  • If a service is not delivered as described, a partial or full refund may be granted upon review.
  • No refunds are provided once a service has been fully delivered and implemented.
  • Refunds for referral rewards are not applicable once processed.

5. Referral Program Terms

By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following:

  • A referral is only valid if the referred person purchases a service from Guestflow.
  • Rewards are only issued after payment has been received from the referred client.
  • Guestflow reserves the right to reject referrals if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guestflow is not responsible for:

  • The performance of external booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Loss of income due to technical issues, third-party policy changes, or external economic factors.

Users agree that Guestflow’s maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Guestflow collects and stores limited personal data required to provide services.
  • We never sell or share user data with third parties without consent.
  • All data is protected according to GDPR regulations (for EU clients).

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website designs, branding materials, and marketing content provided by Guestflow remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Clients may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of any Guestflow-created materials unless explicitly agreed upon.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

  • Guestflow reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.
  • Clients will be notified in advance if major changes impact their service agreements.
  • If a client violates these Terms, Guestflow may suspend or terminate services without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
  • Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled in the courts of The Netherlands.
